How to Reserve E-Tickets
How do I make reservations if my group or family will be traveling separately (may not ride the Red shuttle together)?
E-tickets are issued for each reservation. For example, if you purchase tickets for 3 people at once, only one ticket will be issued with the number of 3 people on it. If you wish to use the bus ticket separately, each person must apply for his/her own ticket on his/her own smartphone.
About Reservations
How do I make changes to my booking?
We do not accept reservation changes online. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please cancel the current reservation first and make a new reservation.
I have completed my reservation and paid by credit card, but I have not received a reservation confirmation email.
Please check your spam folder. If you still do not receive the email, please contact us at lamlam_info@tpmguam.com. Our business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Guam Standard Time (GST) Monday through Friday.
About payment methods
What payment methods are available?
Payment is made in advance by credit card.
We accept most credit cards, including VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DINERS.
Can I pay using multiple credit cards?
Only one credit card can be used per reservation (purchase).
About E-Ticket
How do I receive my e-ticket?
Click the "View Ticket" button on the reservation notification e-mail to display the reservation authorization screen, then enter your information and proceed to the ticket screen.
Where can I access my purchased e-ticket?
Click the "View Ticket" button on the reservation notification e-mail to access the reservation authorization screen, enter the respective information and proceed to the ticket screen.
E-tickets are only available for reservations made through the "Guam Red Shuttle" website.
How can I start using my E-Ticket?
You can start using the service by clicking the "Redeem" button on the ticket screen. Since the date is designated, the ticket cannot be used until the applicable date.
*Starting the use of a One time ticket
Valid for 1 hour. Please "Redeem" within 1 hour of the start of use on the specified date.
*Start of use for 1 to 5-day tickets
Please "Redeem" on the designated start date. After the designated start date, "Start of Use" will not be available.
E-tickets are only available for reservations made through the "Guam Red Shuttle" website.
Can Red Shuttle bus tickets be mailed?
No, our website "Guam Red Shuttle" only offers e-tickets.
Do I need a mobile data connection to use my e-ticket?
There is Free Wife inside the Red Shuttle trolley cars, but you will need to have your own mobile data ready to prepare your E-ticket display before boarding the trolley.
Can I board a bus with a printed e-ticket?
No. We only accept E-ticket on a mobile device.
Can I take an e-ticket with a screenshot?
You cannot board with a screenshot.
You must connect to the Internet at the time of boarding and show the E-ticket screen to the driver.
Can I show travel agency voucher to the driver for a ride?
Travel agency vouchers are not accepted.
Do day passes, such as 2-day and 3-day passes, count on consecutive days?
Yes, red shuttle tickets must be used on consecutive days. Day passes cannot be used on separate days.
How do I know if my e-ticket is still available?
If your ticket is valid, it will show "in use" in yellow line on the e-ticket screen. When it expires, it will show "Redeemed" in green.
Are red shuttle bus tickets available locally?
For the Tumon Shuttle and Shopping Mall Shuttle, paper tickets can be purchased directly from the driver at the time of boarding.
・All types of paper tickets are available for purchase, however, there are cases when tickets are out of stock. We recommend that you purchase tickets by e-ticket in advance.
Cancellation of E-Ticket Reservations
I need to cancel my reservation. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation up to 24 hours prior to the participation date: 3% of the reservation fee
Cancellation after that time, the cancellation fee shall be 100% of the reservation fee.
*All times in the cancellation fee regulations are based on local time.
*Some products may have different cancellation policies, so please check each product page as well.
How do I cancel a reservation?
Go to the *Reservations* page in the upper right corner of the screen.

Confirm your reservation.
To confirm a reservation, you will need the reservation holder's name, application number or reservation ID, and the date of participation. You can confirm your application number and reservation ID with your reservation confirmation email.
Once the reservation is confirmed, you will be taken to the *Reservation Details* page. Click the Cancel button at the bottom of the page.

About Refund
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed on the same day that the cancellation request has been confirmed.
It will take approximately three (3) to five (5) business days for the refund to to reflect on your credit card statement.
Your bank statement cycles and transaction schedules may affect the timeliness of receiving your refund.
How can I get a refund?
All refunds will be automatically credited to the credit card used to make the purchase.
